September 19, 2004- Addison Oaks Fall Mountain Bike Challenge. Romeo, MI. Jerry Sarasin and Duane Pingston came in first and second in the hand cycle division. This was a 12.5- mile race over very hilly terrain.

September 18, 2004- Spirit Challenge Bike and Hand Cycling Tour. Midland, MI. Glen Ashlock took the challenge and rode the 60-mile course. This event is a fund-raiser for the Field Neurosciences Institute Injury Prevention program and Michigan Sports Unlimited.

August 28, 2004- Crim Festival of Races. Flint, MI. Glen Ashlock won the hand cycling division of the ten mile race in a time of 39:51. This was the first time hand cycles were allowed to compete in the Crim, which is Michigan's largest race.

April 23-25, 2004 - Glen Ashlock and David Kiley participated in the Cycle to the Sea hand-cycle ride from Charlotte, NC to North Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a 170-mile ride over 3 days. Competing in this event were 17 hand-cycle riders, 2 blind riders on the back of tandems, and a lower extremity amputee who rode a standard bike with his prosthetic. The event served as a fund raiser for the Adapted Sports and Recreation Program in Charlotte.

2003 Detroit International Marathon startOctober 5, 2003 - Glen Ashlock, Matt Scott, and Jerry Sarasin competed in the hand-cycle division of the Detroit International Marathon. Glen came in third place overall in the hand-cycle division. Matt and Jerry both experienced mechanical difficulties but still finished the race.

September 6, 2003 - Jerry Sarasin, Nicole McDonald, and Glen Ashlock participated in the Spirit Challenge cycle tour in Midland, MI. The ride includes hand-cyclists and able-bodied riders riding together to promote the health, safety and overall well-being of all individuals regardless of ability.

July 12-13, 2003 - Matt Scott, Mike Paye, Glen Ashlock, and Kevin Page rode in the two-day 60-mile Michigander ride from Clare to Midland, MI. This is a fundraiser tour for the Rails-to-Trails organization.
